Our Journey

2010

Lighthouse IT is founded by Alex Taylor and Stewart Watkins with a focus to deliver unparalleled support and deliver exceptional value for clients.

2011

Lighthouse IT opens its Essex office based in Leigh-on-Sea, with the 1st full-time employee hired.

2012

Lighthouse IT opens its Midlands Office based in Wombourne.

2015

Lighthouse IT become accredited IASME Cyber Essentials Assessors

2016

Lighthouse IT opens a dedicated London Office, currently situated in Central London.

2017

Lighthouse IT launches its own Cloud Platform called Lighthouse Cloud, hosted in a Central London Tier III Datacentre.

2018

Lighthouse IT partners with ConnectWise to provide new Automated Support Solutions for customers.

2019

Lighthouse IT expands it's partnership with ConnectWise to support customers with remote working during the pandemic.

2021

Lighthouse IT launches its upgraded Cloud Platform with higher focus on Disaster Recovery, Backups and Platform as a Service Solutions.

2022

Lighthouse IT Expands its Essex Office, opening a new dedicated Headquarters and begun working towards ISO 27001.

2023

Lighthouse IT expands its IT Support team, as well as expanding its partnership with ConnectWise to bring dedicated Cyber Security Solutions to customers.
