To this end we offer cash back to clients on IT Support contracts in the form of a financial penalty to Lighthouse IT in the event of us not meeting your Service Level Agreement (SLA) response times. To date we have never had to pay any of our clients for not hitting the SLA. We use Zendesk as our Helpdesk, this is probably the worlds leading Cloud supplier of Helpdesk software allowing both our staff and clients to track support requests via Web, Email and Mobile phone Apps. We ask all our clients to provide satisfaction ratings on every ticket raised. We then benchmark our ratings against all of the other IT support companies using Zendesk, this includes over 30,000 IT Support companies servicing over 200million people. |
